Roger Matthews

Chairman & Managing Director

Roger is the founder of the Oyster Group of Companies. Roger has over 50 years of experience in international banking and trust management.

Jacques Leuba

Senior Advisor to the Board

Jacques is a career Swiss private banker with over forty years experience at major banks with worldwide private clients and trusts. He is based in our Geneva office and, as a former founding shareholder and director at Oyster, now semi-retired, remains adviser to the Board on all matters relating to banking relationships, structures for clients and trust compliance.

Ian Brooks

Director and Chief Executive Officer

Ian has over 30 years experience in the finance sector, international trust and corporate services. He has worked as a chartered accountant and in executive capacities with several international oil services companies in the Middle and Far East.

Frances Martyn

Executive, Head of Administration

Frances has nearly 30 years of experience in offshore trust and company administration for both private and corporate clients and has worked with Roger since 1996.

Executive Corporate Services Manager

Stephen has over 16 years experience in the financial services sector with extensive fiduciary and trust experience in Switzerland, Cyprus, UAE and several Portuguese speaking countries.
